Shipping Policy

Shipping takes anywhere from 6 - 10 business days depending on the location you live in. In some cases, shipping may take up to 12 business days outside of North America. If your item still hasn't been delivered after 10 days, please contact us at: info@shokbunny.com.

For Canadian residences: There is a flat shipping rate of $15 for totals under $74. All orders over $75 are free.

For International residences: There is a $25 dollar shipping fee. Depending on where you live, you may or may not be charged for imports and duties.

A tracking number is provided for all orders and emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
